How long do projects typically take?
Our process involves creating a custom solution for clients who want their needs tailored to their specific challenge. The process involves understanding the client's requirements, analyzing existing solutions, and then designing, prototyping and testing our solution.

Who will be working on my project?
Our whole team will apply their expertise to your design challenge. We will leverage our unique skill sets to approach the project at multiple angles in order to get the best solution possible

How does payment work?
We will invoice you with two separate invoices, 50% and 50%. The first will be after the design challenge is accepted by both you and us. The second will be at the completion of the project.

How will we communicate throughout the project?
Our main form of communication for progress updates throughout the project will be through Slack. However, our phone number is available 24/7 for you once the project has started.

How will you make sure my project is what I want?
We will work hand in hand during the initial phase of our process: Solve X. Just like in math, X is the problem we are trying to solve and we will spend an extensive amount of time with you truly understanding what your problem is. From there on we will work to set an update schedule with you to ensure that we are going in the direction that you envision.
